Notice of Special Meeting of the Corporation of Port Colborne Community Association for Resource Extension o/a PORT CARES

A special meeting for the Corporate member of Port Colborne Community Association for Resource Extension – PORT CARES – will be held on:

Wednesday, November 26, 2025

4 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Port Cares Group Room - 92 Charlotte Street, Port Colborne, Ontario

This special meeting of the Corporation is for the sole purpose of appointing MNP LLP Accounting of Welland, Ontario as the external auditor for the 2025-2026 fiscal year end. All current members of the Corporation are invited to attend this in-person meeting. Anyone who is not a member of the Corporation and is interested in becoming a member with voting rights must pay a $25 annual membership fee which can be done at the meeting in person at the meeting from 3:30 p.m. to 4:55 p.m. or in-advance by contacting Matt Brule at matthew.brule@portcares.ca.
