Serving individuals and families throughout Port Colborne and Wainfleet, the Reach Out Centre provides emergency food assistance, weekly hot meals, school lunch kits, and senior hamper deliveries—helping ensure everyone has access to the nourishment they need, when they need it most.
As the number of people turning to the Reach Out Centre continues to grow, community support plays a vital role in keeping these essential programs available.
